Hello Sir/Madam

I have a complicated situation.

Married to a permanent resident in Dec. 04.
She became US citizen in Nov. 05.
Applied for me at newdelhi in Jan 06.
I immigrated to USA in May 06.
Have a child born in Feb. 08.
Living seperate since Nov. 08.
Am I still eligible to apply for US CItizenship considering I have completed my three years in this country.


Is there a possibility to get some advice or legal consultation from you or somebody appropiate.

No. You must still be living with US citizen now. Otherwise, it is total 5 years.
