Since your application was approved, it could be the date you were promised is full and you will be scheduled for the next available date!

Also don't rule out the possibility of your mail getting lost in the mail.

Same thing happened with me, after my interview was finished the IO mentioned that my oath will be in the same month(September) but the letter I received had scheduled me for 11/13. Do not go by the IO officer's date unless he/she gave you something in writing..

Dear All

Thank you for your inputs. I have attended an Infopass and enquire about my case. The result was INFORMATIVE.

They are holding the decision as I am not finished my 5 year term which is a manadatory criteria.

I am finishing my 5 year term on 22nd Dec 2009. Then probably my oath date will be before Jan 15,2010.

Again I took an infopass which is scheduled for 23 Dec,2009.

Pls enlighten this thread with your thoughts

I have a doubt. In the OL they have asked "Have you travelled out side US after interview"
I travelled to INDIA after Interview. Should I select YES, right?

Hi All

I applied passport book and card on 29th itself and got the book on 5th under expedite processing

I have updated the TRACKER as per administrator which will help some one who is in need.

so far I have finished my journey with USCIS for N400.

Now I am starting another journey with I 130. See you in that thread
