Hello all,

Two questions regarding N-400 application

1. Part 1. C - if you have ever used other names, provide them below

I came to USA on H4 visa with my husband and applied for GC and got permanent residency. My passport and GC has my new name, can I write N/A for this answer or write my maiden name instead? If I am writing my maiden name, then what documents I need to send along with the application



2. Question on Citation
I've got two tickets in past 5 years and I paid fine on that. I am not sure if it carried a point or not. Do I mention that on my application?

I cannot answer the first question but for the second, yes do mention the traffic citation and details. When asked for details at the interview you can say that it was traffic violation and taken care off(paid the fine, took class whatever)..Hope this helps
