Help - N-400 "Continuous residence question

I am trying to apply citizenship for my father who lives with us since he got his his green card on Oct 20, 2002. He was out of country with advance permission but returned within 311 days (less than year) on 4/27/2006. Since it is less than year, he has to prove that he did not abondon residency in US. He does not work or have any bank account etc. He lives with us. How can he prove that he didn't abondon residency? What documents he can file?

He has been in and out of US as following -
