    oath letter

    Hi,

    I am also on the same boat. I was interviewed in San Franscisco on Nov 16th, but the 5 years completion of mine was on Nov'21st. Since I have not received the oath letter so far, I have booked an appointment (infopass) for tomorrow Dec 16th. Did your receive the recommandation letter after the interview?

        Oath letter

        I was told by the officer that my Oath has not yet been scheduled. But they had my previous address in their system; they updated my address; If I do not receive the Oath letter in 30 days, I was advised to contact the office again.

        For USCIS appointment you need to go to link "Make an appointment (Infopass)" under "Other Services" in left window panel of USCIS website Home page.

        You need to have a printer before scheduling an appointment; because you will have to carry the print out of appointment letter for your appointment; OR save the appointment letter in word doc using shift+print screen (hope you are an IT person) before leaving the site for print out;

        Yes, I was asking about the letter(N-652) issued after interview; that is nothing but recommendation letter.

        While going to appointment, do carry your N-652 letter, Drivers license, passport and GC also.

        Which is your service center?

        Hope this would help you.

          Sorry to hear about your delay. There was a Oath ceremony today for SFO center. I was one of them. I saw other people who had their interviews in the last week of Nov taking oath today. I don't know why they didn't schedule your's for today. But I would suggest taking another Infopass right after 20days if you don't receive oath letter, because SFO - Masonic center has another oath ceremony in Jan 1st week.
          All the best. Let us know if you have any questions.

            Oath letter

            Thank you for your suggestion. My wife and me went for the interview on the same date in Nov. She took Oath ceremony yesterday in SFO. I was also there as a guest. Hopefully I will get the letter soon. When is the next Oath ceremony? Do you have any idea?

                Oath letter

                I also got my letter today! It is scheduled on Jan 7th. Some people get the Oath letter right after the interview. Normally the process takes about 4 months from receipt to oath in San Francisco.
