    N-400 - OMB expires 12/31/2009

    On top right corner of N-400 form at USCIS web site, it says OMB Expires 12/31/2009. Where can I get updated form. Please advise.

    That is the latest form.

    They don't often update the form just before the expiration date printed.

      I called USCIS. Representative told to use it is latest available N-400 form
      it is O.K to use it. (Filed on Jan -30)
