N-400 application

HI,

I have a couple of questions about my application.

1. Back in 2006 I had a traffic accident in Arkansas while on a business trip, I got a ticket and a citation, I couldn't appear in court on the day since I live in another state, so when I call the court on my next visit to Arkansas, they told me I had to pay an X amount for the ticket and that I had an arrest warrant, obviously I paid right away and the lady told me that everything was clear. Can this be an issue for my application to be approved? Do I need to report this ticket in the application? if so, what section should I use?
I also have a speeding ticket from 2008, do I need to report this one too? same section?

2. Do you use certified mail when you send your application?

Yes Report all the traffic citations in the past five years at least
