Lost green with naturalization intent

Hi,
My name is Abdiqani. I have lost my green card, and I am going to apply for naturalization lat this year. Can I wait til I apply for naturalization? Or I have to replace my green card.

You don't have to replace your card if you don't want to travel outside the US, or if you don't have to produce it to some employer to show work authorization etc.

but on the fingerprint notice n400 applicants are required to take their green cards with and your suppose to send front and back copy of your green card with the application.
