Hi I have my name changed in citizenship process. I took my husband's last name and my maiden last name as my middle name. My question is do I need to change my signature in all documents? or I can keep my old signature with my new last name.

Yes, you have to change or update your signature. There will be few additional forms with your new name printed during the interview. You will be asked to sign in with your new signature.
