I filed N400 applications in August first week 2009, after fingerprinting my interview was scheduled on 11/23/2009. I received a call on 11/20/09 for cancelling / descheduling my interview for 11/23/09 because they did not receive my file, still I went with my wife for her interview on 11/23 and since I had an interview letter and asked about my interview, I was told my file was wrongly sent to MO center and I will be informed once they receive it. Its almost 2 plus months now and still waiting for their call. So far twice I contacted USCES 1800- number and talked to representatives and their supervisors, every time same answer your file transferred to your local office. Last month I went to our local office (Chicago, IL), I was told that my file has not come yet. Mean time my wife got citizenship and got her passport too (though we both filed at same time).
I don’t know what to do, where is my file nobody knows.
