Hello all,
I have not yet submitted my N-600K to the field office in Spokane, WA. but plan to do so as soon as I can.
The information that I've been able to collect says that once the N-600K is submitted, USCIS will determine the eligibility and if approved, send a "Approval and Appointment letter" with an apointment set for naturalization.
I would like to hear from anyone who has experience with the N-600K and in particular the part about the appointment date. Is it possible to change the appointment? Is there an 'expiration date' for the application or appointment?
I have tried to answer this question by calling the information line, but they wanted me to go the I-130 route which would take just as long and is not really what we need (we no not plan to immigrate to the US).
Thanks for any assistance...
