Please, need help to fill out N-400 form for my husband with disability. Form N-648 done by his doctor.
My husband received his Green Card through the marriage more that 5 years ago.
1. What answer to choose in Part 1 of N-400 form ? Answer A or B
2. Can I be the Preparer of his application? if yes how to answer Part 13 - Applicant's Statement? Skip question# 1 and check only question# 2?
