help with n600k form

hi
i am filling the n600k form for the third time (for a new baby that was born after my 2 children had been grunted citizenship after the n600k process)
the grandparent of my child unfortunately died. how does it effect the process ? what should i fill out in the form as his address \phone? should i write his last address?

It doesn't affect the process. It only requires that the grandparent was a citizen when he died and had the required amount of physical presence before he died (which he obviously did have if he had it when he was alive for the previous applications). Just write something like "(Deceased)" in the question that asks for his contact information.
