I am about to file N400 based on 5 year permanent resident status. About 3 years ago, I filed a case in District court when my employer held back payments (salary). The case was dismissed when my, by then, ex-employer agreed to pay, a day before the hearing date.
Even though this not a criminal case and I am not at fault, the court record shows up with a google search on my name.
1. Should I mention these details on the application?
2. All communication with my attorney was electronic and I do not have any "official" looking documents with me. Will I be required to provide any?
