How to proceed?

So, I have been a GC holder since 2007, renewed the GC again. My husband is also a GC holder, but he is not planning to file for naturalization at this time. My question is, can I file for naturalization even if he isn't? Does this raise any flags..I just decided it's time to file and wish to do so. Thanks!

Filing citizenship after GC is up to you regardless of how you get GC. Good luck
