Hoping for some guidance from others as things are not clear with respect to my situation.
I have a Green Card by marriage and just received my 10 year green card. I understand that technically you can apply after 3 years from the date on the green card and applications can be submitted up to three months from your third green card anniversary date.
My question is that while my green card was issued in May I did not physically relocate to the US until August. When is the earliest that I can apply in this scenario:
A) Three years from the date I entered the US - August
B) May (3 months in advance)
C) Feb 2019 (since this was three years from the date the green card was originally issued)
I know the process takes a while so just want all this immigration stuff done with and move on with my life.
