Plz someone can help me in following. For citizenship through marriage, I need to apply online from California, and Im married since 5 years with GC since 4 years( in USA). We also have a child born in USA.
1- I need to give proof of my husband's citizenship. Can I use his US passport? (His naturalization certificate is missing at home, and it takes 6 months to get anew copy of it). He naturalized many years ago and has current and old US passports as well.
2- I have to submit Marriage Certificate too. Its in Urdu language. Should I get it translated from a private agency? Or do we get official marriage certificates in california?
3- Can I apply for citizenship and travel internationally(like less than 6 months?) before or after Citizenship interview?
