  • Medical help. Is this a problem???

    Hi guys,

My wife and requested medical help for our daughter but not for us. She is US Citizen. We have never used it. Is there any problem with this??.

About traffic fines, there are a lot of opinions in this forum. So Should I put the traffic fines in my application or not??.

    Thank you

Medical help to your child is fine.

Regarding traffic, the instruction said exclude them. However, if you were charged, or cited for serious traffic offense, such as hit and run, reckless driving, and was reduced to a lesser offense, then you will need to mention them in the form and provide proper documents. The question ask for the original charge and citation not the end result.

      Thank you for your answer.

Ok just to clarify to someone else. I just have a red light, parking ticket and a little accident in a parking lot that both parts reported to insurance but any fine. I paid the fines. I got a citation for red light and parking ticket in order to pay it. I dit traffic school.

Therefore, I did not get arrested only a citation. So Do I need to put it in the application???.

      Thank you again,
      Good luck to everyone
