Received Yellow Letter

hi
i received the Yellow Letter today asking me to bring my state id to the interview...
but i still havent received my fingerprints reschedule letter yet!!..(1st fingerprints were rejected coz of quality)
is this normal? to receive this yellow paper b4 my reschedule fingerprint letter!>!!
i mean they r asking me to bring a document to the interview though am not done with the fingerprint stage !
any suggestions will b appreciated ...
