This message is in my online status with USCIS I passed my interview three weeks ago,----We approved your application Your final step to becoming a citizen is to attend your naturalization ceremony We will mail you a letter when we schedule your naturalization ceremony.And another site says We recommended that your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, be approved. On May 7, 2019, your case was submitted for quality review. This is a standard process we use to ensure the quality of our decisions. Once our quality review is done you will be scheduled for an oath ceremony. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. I am confused don't know which one is the right one.

Both are essentially the same, they are just doing some more reviews of your approval. -
Just saw this on my status online----We scheduled your oath ceremony for Receipt Number IOE#########. We sent a notice with the date, time, and location of your oath ceremony to the address you gave us. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by July 13, 2019, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.SO HAPPY NOW FINALLY!!Comment
