What is this mean "USCIS will send you a written decision about your application"

When my wifer went for interview in, she got the following

[X] You Passed tests of English and US History and Government
[X] USCIS will send you a written decision about your application

What is this mean? Will she get a Oath letter or some other verification.
She is worried.

I passed the test and Got congratulation option, waiting for Oath letter.

Will be both get Oath letter or ?

I had the same experience this morning at St. Paul.
I got a 'congratulations' and my wife passed the test but 'USCIS will send you a written decision about your application'.. Hers might get delayed now?
Anyone experienced the same?

By the way I forgot to mention that my wife mentioned about her name before marriage in the other names section (N400 1.c) at the interview. She did not fill this section when submitting N400 initially. So, I am suspecting that they have sent her file again for a name check.

my wife got her oath letter 3 days after I posted this . But, to my surprise I haven't got mine yet even though they checked the congratulations option for me after the interview.. weird.. now the worry shifted to my case instead of my wife's.

i got my oath letter today.. there was a slight delay but all is good.

Exactly the same happened to my wife. She didnt mention and the officer asked about her name before and after our marriage. Her last name is changed after marriage. is it going to be a problem. Can you explain little bit more.
