Lost passport and certificate of naturalization

I have a situation in which most of my immigration documents are stolen. My scenario is that I am an Indian citizens until recently when I became a naturalized citizen of the United States. I received certificate of naturalization but I am yet to apply for a US passport, renunciation and OCI. The stolen documents include my Indian passport and certificate of naturalization. I have the following questions.

1. Since I am no longer a Indian citizen, can I apply for lost Indian passport?
2. For renunciation, do I need to provide original Indian passport?
3. At some point of time, I would apply for OCI. For that, do I need the original Indian passport?

Appreciate response, if you have any input on the above.
