Help understanding my position please

So I'm not sure if this goes here and I'm not sure on my options, my mom moved me over to the US when I was 11, except I recently found out that while we came over here legally on a visa and everything she never followed the proper channels so I'm kind of stuck and have no idea how to proceed please any help would be great
