In N400 page 8 Q6b, date your current spouse became US citizen, i cannot find my spouse US naturalization certificate, but he has his passport card( i beleive its same as citizenship card),date of issue is 30 Oct 2019 and it expires on 29 Oct 2019. I understand date of taking oath is date of naturalization. But if we dont know date of oath/naturalization can date of passport card issue be same as that, OR is there a way to find out his date of naturalization by calling uscis? Please advise

I am seeing this a little late. Maybe you are OK by now.
The dates on the passport do not relate to the dates of citizenship in any way.... they just say when the passport was issued. This might be several years AFTER the date of Citizenship. It all depends on when he actually applied for his passport.
USCIS will be able to tell very quickly which date he became a citizen by cross-referencing things like Social Security number and Driver's License etc etc.
If your husband has somehow lost his Naturalization certificate he needs to decide whether to get a replacement copy.... unfortunately they cost $555.

I would leave that date blank on your N400 form, attach a letter saying that he can't remember... and wait to see what happens next. There's no point spending $555 if it is not necessary.
Don't ever guess an answer on the N400... if you guess wrong... it may seem like you are trying to cheat the system.
