Still waiting for the interview date to be scheduled.

During this waiting time:
Estimated Case Completion Date Changed from Aug 2019 to Dec 2019 to finally Oct 2019
Estimated wait time: the countdown finally reached 0 and now its showing "We are taking longer than expected to process your case"

Anyone with similar or other experiences when filing in NYC?

By the way.. that 30 day countdown was fairly anti-climactic wasn't it? That does not surprise me... those "personalized" numbers appear to have no value.
