US Passport in India for Minors with GC

I am a US Citizen and i will be leaving to India for good. Is it possible to apply for the US Passport for my 13 year old who holds a green card now.

US passport can be applied only by US citizens.

Since you are a citizen now, your minor son is automatically a citizen. You can apply for his US passport. You can also get the certificate of citizenship for your son by submitting form N-600
