Applying passport for my daughter

I need some help from you guys!!! I was trying to apply U.S passport for my daughter is 17 years old. Uscis sent back to me a letter and said “Your daughter foreign birth certificate which lists your name. The translation, by itself, is not acceptable” when I already sent them all the original documents and everything. If anyone has the same case, please help. Much appreciated.

Did you provide the ORIGINAL COPY of the birth certificate? or did you provide the translated copy?

On what basis are you applying the passport for? Child of US citizen? adopted? USC born in the USA? CRBA?
