My travel gov log in problems

Good morning. I’m not sure if this is the proper section of the forum so I apologize in advance if it isn’t!

I am trying to get a CRBA for my son who was born in Canada (mother is american)

i am having trouble logging in to this website:

Create a MyTravelGov Account

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/about-us/mytravelgov.html

Create a MyTravelGov account to apply for an electronic Consular Report of Birth Abroad (eCRBA).

is anyone else having this issue? When I try to log in it says
“ The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again.[12:12:38]”

This has been happening for 2 days now

I don't currently use that website and therefore don't know if it is or isn't working.

However, there are lots of support numbers you can call listed here:
