EAD / I766 Conversion to Green Card

Hi Members,

Hope everyone is having a great day.I am a US Citizen and Wife has an EAD /I 766 (EB-2 ). We have recently been married. How can we apply and expedite the status adjustment from EAD to Green Card for her. I understand this is a unique situation but if anybody can shed some light on this would be highly appreciated.

So she is in EB AOS and the PD is not current. Because she is from India (I saw your other post about India) I guess there is a long wait for her to get a GC.

What you can do is file a new AOS for marriage to USC. From what I read there could be 2 or more AOS for one person and there is no conflict.

If you live in a city with fast processing times, she could get the GC in 6-9 months. Good luck.
