what i need to do to see whats going on with my papers... took more then what its suppose to take... i dont get my fingerprint yet and i have sent it seince 2 months

Did you try checking your status on http://www.immihelp.com/processing-t...atus-check.jsp? Check and see what your case status is by typing in your receipt number NBC*................ -

I did ... but the status still the same ... i dont get any thing new sience 2 months and i really dont know where to check my paper or ask abt it i think this is will take for ever ...

have you tried calling the 1-800 number or making an INFOPASS appointment to speak to someone? Try doing this. What state are you applying from?Comment

Call 1-800-375-5283 this number works, I just tried it. Speak to a representative and let them look up your care in the computerComment

This is just answer machine i cant talk to any ... i dont even know what option to choise i am stuck ... if i visit the office this is will help!!

No Just Cuz My B-Day wasnt correct with them so they just changed it today and i am going to the Office tmr to see when i am gonna have my finger print
