OCI : Buying Property in India

I got US citizenship and I am planning to apply for an OCI card. Can I buy land/property in India or will I loose that right once I become US citizen?

The rights are based on residency and not on citizenship.

Therefore, you don't lose such rights when you become US citizen.

Anyway, you can't buy agriculture land.
