i m going to apply for naturalization n i ve a son who is 12 year old.... Can any one plz tell wat will happen... If i get certificate of naturalisation... How will my son gets it?

If your son is a US permanent resident (i.e. green card holder) living in the US with you in your legal and physical custody, then the moment you take the oath, and he is still under 18, he automatically and involuntarily becomes a US citizen under INA 320. Thereafter, he can apply for a US passport at any time if you guys want. He can also apply for a Certificate of Citizenship by filing N-600 if he wants, but that is very expensive ($1170) and doesn't serve much purpose that a US passport doesn't already serve as.
