Oath of Allegiance outside of the US

Hello,

I had the naturalization interview a couple of days ago and have been approved. However, I am leaving the country in a few days to start employment in Qatar and therefore will not be in town when the notice arrives by mail. There are family members who will be living in my US residence and can inform me as soon the notice of oath taking arrives in the mail.

Is it possible to write the USCIS and request for a venue change? I have email the US Consulate in UAE / Dubai to ask if they provide oath taking services there.
