Hi,
My Wife got her citizenship in the month of January and has given the naturalization certificate to the attorney.
Our attorney says that he has sent a request to reclassify the status of my GC as she has applied it when she was a LPR and says that they are awaiting for a package now from NVC.
I called in NVC recently and got the automated message stating that Affidavit of Support and immigrant visa fee bills have been sent on dec15th 2009.
Could you please tell me whether these documents are the ones which attorney is waiting for or any is it any other package?
