Turning 18 citizenship

Hello,
My wife and I filled out N400 and I just got a biometric appointment. It seems estimated process 9 months but my daughter will be 18 beginning of March 2020.
Which time will they consider? Filling date or becoming citizenship?

I guess you are really asking "Will my daughter get automatic citizenship when I do?"

The date you filed is not the controlling factor for that.... after all... you may get denied.

The key is.... how old will your daughter be on the date you become a citizen?

So I think you will miss the automatic-citizenship derived from having a US citizen parent because she will already be 18 by the time you get there.
