Do we need G-325A for processing I130 for parents

Do we need G-325A for processing I130 for parents or is it just for the spouses?

Also some can some one give me a comprehensive checklist of document for I-130 for parents?

Dear Admin Immihelp,
You are doing a great job by answering most of the questions...but I would suggest just ignore Luckyjack's posts, because she seems to be confused, doesn't know the basic differences between GC (I130) or Citizenship, more over greedy to pull entire family into US (not just Parents). Gosh....how come US gives Citizenship to people who don't know have common basic knowledge or the value, principles of Citizenship & don't respect it, but know how to abuse it.
