Do couple's go for Citizenship Interview together?
Reason I ask is that my Dad is good in English and can answer questions easily but my Mom is not good in English.
She may be able to read and write but can't reply back in complete sentences.

Did they both apply for citizenship?
as for the translation part, USCIS can get translators on the phone in case they need.
    --Good luck--
Good luck. I learned the hard way, I hope you don't have to. Immigration is interesting. Not considered as legal advice.

Is he exempted from the English requirement? If not, he's not allowed anybody to translate for him. He's expected to understand English well enough to make it through the interview.
If he is exempted, he can have an interpretter and NO it can't be his wife, or you, or anybody else involved. It has to be a neutral party. His attorney should be able to identify one.

Yes, application was submitted together although we did not request them to group it. So we hope they get same dates.
I thought translation services are available only if you have been a permanent resident for 15+ years. Other wise you have to answer in English.
