Filling out N400 application for my parents . They have been in US for more than 5 years on Green Card . The N400 application requires their marriage certificate copy to be uploaded . The issue is they don't have a marriage certificate ( never registered ). The relatives who gave letters of witness to their marriage are no longer alive . We had provided marriage witness letters for their green card application. What are our options to file N400 and get the same approved without the marriage certificate or witness letters ?

You really should not be filling out the form for them. If they can't do so themselves (and even if they can), they should be using an attorney.
The marriage certificate really is only a stickler if you're getting status based on the marriage.
What country were they married in? Any chance of a church record?
