other party fault and citation

I just received my application receipt confirmation for naturalization. Can anyone help me clarify these following doubts:

I forgot to mention my accident happened 4 year back due to other party's fault. I was not given any traffic ticket and 3rd party insurance covered my car expenses and my hospitalization due to accident.

a] I forgot to mention this in my application. Please help me if this is a problem? If so, how can I fix this?

USCIS doesn't really care about traffic accidents, only incidents which involve breaking the law. So no, you weren't required to report this on the N400 and you don't have to bring this up when you have your interview. Sleep well and good luck!
