Hi all,
My other half has won a Green card through DV lottery in May 2014. We got married in September 2014. Received stamps in passports in July 2015 and entered USA in November 2015 to activate the Green cards. Than we were coming and going every 6-7 months for 2 weeks to the USA and finally settled in the USA in April 2017.
My spouse was working since April 2017 and I was a homemaker and currently have a job offer in another city. Joint finances, taxes, car, lease etc.
Now, although we are married and living together at the moment, it seems, that our marriage might finish soon. Could anybody advise on any potential pitfalls regarding my naturalization application? Should I apply for naturalization while we are still married or it does not really matter in my case? And we are not planning to divorce yet, but will my work in another city and state affect my naturalization application in future?
