@Kool Breeze , Hi, any news from info pass? If your Receipt date is before November 06, 2018 in Newark NJ then you can send an Outside Normal Processing Time inquiry online.

We have posted a “Receipt date for a case inquiry” to show when you can inquire about your case. The “Receipt date for a case inquiry” is the upper end of the range (converted to a date). If your receipt date is before the “Receipt date for a case inquiry”, you can submit an “outside normal processing time” service request online.

Yea, IO called me yesterday & asked me 3 questions: how many times I've been married, when did I get married to my current wife & FINAL QUESTION WAS: how many children do I have!. Then he told me he would give me his direct email to mail him a copy of my ( MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE ) then he said he will now forward my paperwork back to Brooklyn NY so they can schedule my OATH. I live in NY but I did my interview in NEW JERSEY because NY was backed up so Jersey was helping out.

ronmony IO contact me again today saying that he received my request documents and all is good now and he will now forward my CASE to NEW YORK for them to do the OATH PREPARATION!!

Great, really happy for you, Did he call or email? Did he mention that final approval is granted? I wish fast Oath schedule for you after this long time waiting.And I am wonder if all of this long time delay was for just RFE why they did not ask sooner !!!?

ronmony my status has now being changed to: FINAL APPROVAL IS GRANTED. NOW AWAITING OATH CEREMONY. that's what my online status says. I am so happy man. It was the RFE holding up my case Ronmony. Yes it was.

Very well, I am happy you got final approval after long time waiting, now you need just to wait for a ceremony letter, recently they try to schedule ceremony in small number of people and in short time without any guests, as you can see in some posts, but they close all offices from 18 March till 1 April for Corona. Be patient and safe, you almost finished this case.

No, there is no change yet, they add estimate time in my office from 8.5-14 to 8.5-15 months which must be cause of temporary offices closing to public, but since they stop new interview and ceremony I am optimistic this will push the old case go faster. finger cross!
I saw 1 post from my field office guys which got update today 19 March for ceremony in line.

Hi Kool Breeze, After 3 times inquiry USCIS send my inquiry to DC for answer and today I got a txt that my status changed, when checking my online account nothing changed, still show we scheduled interview but in the case status online " https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do " it shows >>> " Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled

We placed you in line for your oath ceremony and will send you a notice for Receipt Number IOE933 **** ***, with the date, time, and location of your oath ceremony. You should receive your notice within 30 days of its mailing date. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. "
I do not know why my online account was not changed but I am happy for this new update, now waiting to see what will happen next and when this virus will stop, please be safe and let me know if you get any new update (about ceremony), I wish healthy and good luck for all.

@ Ronmony Stop worry ur self now, ur all good now!. The same thing you got about OATH CEREMONY will be scheduled that's the same thing I have. Lol we are all good now!. We haven't got our OATH date as yet because of the PANDEMIC.
