Passed Citizenship interview since December 17th 2019..Please Help!!

Hello all please i need any advise on my N400 interview which i had on December 17th 2019 at the Chicago field office..i passed the interview but the IO requeated for my latest joint income tax return which i gave to her she then requested fot utility bill or bank statement and i told her they did not ask me to bring them to the interview and i i have all the documents requestedon the letter i received to come for the interview. With this the IO then said she will not be able to approve me o that day that she will mail out the RFE form by the end of the week i had my interview which i'm yet to receive by now..This approching 90days, i called severally and i was told the IO did not put any notes on my application requesting additional evidence and that my case is still within normal processing time. Please anyone has such a similar case and what steps should be advised i take in other to know the status of my case plus my online status remains "We Schedule you for Interview"...any advise will be greattly appreciated...Thank you all.

I am not sure should I understand you correctly.
Did your N-652 paper ever said that you passed on the day of N400 interview?
Have your online status ever said "We approved your application"?
exactly when were you asked to send additional papers?

Bohemian N-652 i was given had the box checked that i passed the interview but the IO officer said she will send me RFE to submit the utility bill and bank statement i didn't bring to the interview which i never receive till today. My online status never says approved still we schedule you for interview.

@Adeyemidebo: then RFE letter is the prime concern for what you are still hanging. In N-652 form, it is said that you can send written letter to the IO, Request her to send you the RFE letter. do this to expedite the situation. otherwise ball will always be in your court.

Since your office in Chicago is one of the fast office, I believe your case will complete sooner than too many waiting ppl , (Estimated time range 6.5 Months to 11.5 Months ) Also Receipt date for a case inquiry shows before April 08, 2019, (for me is before January 12, 2019 ) https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

For now use your online account message service and send inquiry about delay for RFE letter which was told you in interview, Please inform us when you get any new update.

Hello all,
I got an update on my case today through the online account that they sent me a letter requesting for "Initial Evidence" and i don't seems to understand so i went to research the different between RFE and RFIE. Please does anybody on the forum has received such letter and what and what did USCIS requested for so i can be prepared before the letter arrives?? Any suggestions will be appreciated thank you all in advance....

Hello, it must be any joint document like utility bill or bank statement or similar as you mention in top, if you can not find in document section of your online account you must wait for mail. All the interview and ceremony canceled and stop now, so you must wait for ceremony after all, stay safe.
