N 400 Citizenship pending after interview

Hi,
I had interview on 4/12/2010 at Hartford,CT office and was not approved.IO requested Tax transcripts/W-2.I sent them on 5/1/2010 by express mail.I have not heard from them yet.How long do they take to respond?

Do i get rejected if any unknown mistakes entered with my employment history?

I am not involved with any criminal activity or do not owe any tax to IRS.

Please help.

I guess you will need to wait for atleast 1-2 months since the day you submit your tax & W2 copies. Didn't you carry them along with you for the interview?, you could have showed it during your interview itself. Usually Tax & W2 are the important documents needed to be carried for interview (along with many other documents).

I am Just curious to know why the asked for Tax Transcripts and W-2's. Did you get your Green Card through your Employer? Did your Employer sponser your green card?

Thanks for the information.Yes, my case is employment based green card.I am still waiting for response from Immigration officer.It is really frustrating and i should have planned well upfont.

I got GC through my employer.I has to move to different employer before i received myy green card apprval (Jan 25th 2005), since i was layoff Dec 2004.I joined company x following week.I did mention with IO about the situation.

Citizenship approved

Just to let everyone know, i received my citizenship approval letter and took oath on July 5th.It is most happy moments of my life.
