My wife filed to have the conditional status on her green card removed. It's been 10 months, she's done the biometrics, but still no final removal. Next month she is eligible to file for citizenship. Can she still file for citizenship if the condition removal is not complete?

I want to believe it doesn’t have anything to do with applications in the USA , guess it affects people coming into the country from outside . May God help us from Uncle TMarriage based AOS
