N600 for kid under 14

My son's N600 application has been approved last month. Last year when i checked with USCIS, they mentioned that certificate will be mailed to my address. I don't need to come in person to collect. However, I recieved a letter for Oath cermony asking to attend to collect the certification. Due to covid , I am stuck in another location and can't travel to the USCIS office.
Did anyone get N600 for kids under 14 ? Interested to know if the certificate was mailed to home or you have to go inperson to collect from office.

If you have received the letter to come and collect the certificate, that's exactly what you should do. The process may vary from location to location
If the letter contains a date and time which you cannot attend, you need to write a letter explaining why and return it along with the notice.
