I filed last year tax but not the previous years due to low income (been working hourly), and did not need to file. I’ve just filled a n-400 form and received my notice for a finger scanning appointment. I am now scared because I cannot provide my tax transcripts for the past 4 years if i was asked. my parents had claimed me as dependent until last year (2019), and Id never received any welfare or state benefits at all. This year i got a full time job while going to a community college part time, but my citizenship test would come before this year tax return. Anyone has the same situation? im 24 btw, i dont know if this woulf disqualify me from getting my citizenship. Also, I made a mistake on my n-400 form for answering No on the question “if you ever failed to file any tax return”, i thought i didnt file it because i didnt need to, am I messed it up? I don’t have w-2 or 1099 for the previous years. I’ve never received one and couldn’t reach my employers for them. Would a letter for no filing on irs website prove that I didn’t file tax for that year or proof that im low income?

I don't think lack of tax transcripts is a cause of concern. If you can produce transcripts of those years where you were included in your parents tax filing, you may be ok. For the question of taxes on the form, If you didn't file, that doesn't mean you failed to file the return. You just did not have enough income to pay taxes and you can explain that in-person. You need to carry the evidence for low income.
This is just my view and is not legal. You need to take a legal opinion to get accurate advice.

The answer to this question is simple:
If you received a W-2 and if you meant the minimum income threshold (as stated by the IRS - Single filer $12,200), you should have filed a return.
If it was below this amount, then NO, you did not need to file.
If you were NOT required to file based on the criteria, just carry your previous years W2 with you to the interview.Opinion only. Cannot be construed as legal advice.
