Decision cannot be made
Hello,
My husband had interview on Jun 1st in Texas. The officer told he doesn't have the complete file to approve. He told that he will request the file and let us know by mail what the next steps are. He gave the form saying interview passed with "decision cannot be made".
Do my husband has to go through the interview process again or oath? Any idea?
Does any one has gone through this kind of experience?
