Expired Indian Passport During N400 processing

hi,

I have my oath ceremony for US citizenship scheduled on july1 5th.
now my indian passport is expired. Should i apply for the renewal or can i just live with expired passport for a month?

will they ask for my old passport during oath ceremony?

is there any other complications (other than i can't fly to india and comeback without trouble?)

no they don't ask for your passport the only ask for your green card but i don't think inda has duel citizenship so you would have to surrender your passport to the indian consulate office.

thx for the reply. anyway i will surrender my passport. just worried abt roaming with expired indian passport until i get naturalized.
