Could someone suggest next steps follows with US Citizenship or correct my thoughts below. We had already got US Passports.

1. Renunciation of Indian Passport
2. Apply OCI card

Yes. Also, you cannot file for 1 & 2 together
Must be renunciation first & only after getting that certificate, you can apply for OCI

Hello,
I am stuck on how to pay and add shipping label detail on the VFS website for renunciation form submission.
I have created my profile and added myself as the customer. Next it asks me if I will use my own courier or their’s.. when I chose service through them it says I can’t select that since I’m not filing online .. does anyone know how to file online ? Secondly , if I use my own shipppng label ..the courier company - UPS says they can’t issue label for future shipment .. so I need to take all the documentation to UPS , get the labels , update the website ? Then what happens ? Where do I pay?

Appreciate your guidance on this .. I have wasted 3 days figuring this process out . If there is a website I need up go to send this electronically and pay online please do let me know .
