N-400 question 101

Hi,

Can we use community based organization (CBO) to prepare the N-400 form because they will have experience in this process. Any disadvantage using the CBOs?

CBO's are variable

They are eager to help but may not understand the issue in a complex case.

If you have no major issues, they are great. BUT don't rely on legal advice unless they have a lawyer on staff (not just a law school student).
